Ribbed Egg Basket Making w/ Claudia Gibson Workshop at Pharsalia

Learn the basic techniques for making a ribbed egg basket. You will make a gods eye lashing with naturally dyed rattan, willow or grapevine for ribs and handle to give your basket a more organic feel. You will learn basic basketry techniques and how to find and incorporate wild materials and go over some basics for natural dyeing. Basket making can be both meditative and creative.
