Featuring keynote conservation speakers from DEQ, DCR, and Virginia Master Naturalists. RVF will demonstrate its EnLit system with the experts who built it, with a ribbon-cutting and dedication service honoring the workers and agencies that brought the Outdoor Learning Pavilion to life.
