Join us at Hazy Mountain for an evening inspired by the autumn harvest. Five courses move from persimmon and goat cheese, through acorn squash and autumn vegetables, to Chateaubriand with garlic parsnip purée and mashed sweet potato, before ending with spiced panna cotta, poached pear, and maple crème anglaise.
Paired wines accompany each course, creating an evening designed around the flavors, textures, and warmth of the season.
