Chris will cover herb descriptions of the most popularly grown herbs focusing on their growing conditions, food pairing, preserving and medicinal qualities with humorous stories thrown in the mix. A plethora of recipes and tastings of herbs will be part of the class. We will be selling mostly organic herb plants, some hard to find, as well as potted peony plants. Fee. Register in advance.
