Free Self Defense Workshop in Lovingston

Time: 12:30 to 3:30 pm

Learn simple, effective self-defense skills and de-escalation techniques in a non-discriminatory safe space. This workshop will be engineered toward youth, but all are welcome regardless of gender or age (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). Registration is required!
