Self defense for all. Fight Like a GRRRL Club is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that offers free self-defense workshops across central Virginia. We strive to empower people with the ability to protect their physical and emotional well-being through intersectional feminist self defense education. In our workshops we discuss ways to de-escalate dangerous situations.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and snacks if needed. Come a few minutes early to sign in. The workshop is free but donations are appreciated. Register in advance.
