Fall in the Blue Ridge Mountains is one of the most beautiful times of the year. Peak foliage is usually during the month of October. Come enjoy the fall colors and tour the childhood home of Earl Hamner, novelist and creator of “The Waltons”. Guided tours given hourly. $10 for adults. $5 for students.
