Cutting and Arranging Early Spring Flowers w/Foxie Morgan Workshop at Pharsalia

May is one of the most beautiful months at Pharsalia when the flowers start to come alive and the warming of the days brings new things to cut, arrange and enjoy. This is our first flower arranging workshop of the season where we give you an opportunity to walk the spacious grounds and cut while also learning from Foxie about peonies as well as harvesting and conditioning other flowers. Some varieties that may be in bloom are mock orange, lilacs, baptistia, fringe tree, scotch broom, hellebores, deutzia, peonies and more.
