Chestnut School at Virginia Chestnuts

Chestnut School is a one-day educational and hands-on experience with growing Chestnuts. The first half of the day is classroom-based, covering planning, implementation, growing, and harvesting. The second half of the day is spent in the chestnut orchard, and focuses on orchard floor management, tree health, pruning, and insect control. Included: Classroom training and resource materials.
