Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Blue Mountain Brewery

We’ll be featuring menu specials in addition to our regular menu Saturday and Sunday. BIRRIA TACOS Three flour tortillas stuffed with slow roasted beef, cilantro, onions, and pepper jack cheese. Served with chips and salsa and a side of beef consomme for dipping. MEXICAN STREET CORN PIZZA Our house-made honey wheat crust spread with a spicy, creamy corn dip and topped with mozzarella, queso fresco, black bean corn salsa, and diced tomatoes, finished with crispy tortilla strips and and fresh cilantro. FRIED ICE CREAM Deep-fried flour tortilla coated in cinnamon and sugar with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and toasted corn flakes.
