Founded in 2014, established in 2024, Emily has dedicated over a decade to the dairy and creamery by perfecting farmstead goat cheese; fresh, ripened, and aged. Adding sheep cheese to the product line in 2025 created a true niche staple in the Shenandoah Valley. Razzbourne Farms is handcrafting the only sheep cheese in Virginia at this time.
